Key Responsibilities :


Application Design & Development :


- Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Oracle Cloud Visual Builder (VBCS).


- Apply your deep understanding of VBCS functionality to create scalable and efficient solutions.


- Implement responsive and high-performance applications that meet both user experience and business Leadership :


- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members on Oracle VBCS development.


- Ensure that team members follow best practices, maintain high code quality, and use the correct design patterns in their development.


- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in VBCS, offering insights and solving complex technical challenges.


- Oversee and make decisions on team activities, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of the Collaboration :


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and other developers, to ensure applications are built according to specifications and meet business process requirements.


- Contribute to key decision-making processes for both the development and integration phases of the project.


Application Configuration & Business Process Alignment :


- Configure applications within VBCS to align with the organization's business processes, ensuring a seamless integration between the application and the business environment.


- Customize and adapt applications as needed based on feedback from & Issue Resolution :


- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or functional issues that arise during development or after deployment.


- Identify root causes of issues, propose effective solutions, and collaborate with other teams for :


- Integrate VBCS applications with other relevant technologies and services such as SaaS (Software as a Service), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle Cloud Database.


Team Collaboration & Conflict Management :


- Lead and support your team through various development stages.


- Maintain a positive attitude, manage team conflicts, and ensure a productive working environment.


- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical & Technical Skills :


- At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Visual Builder (VBCS), with a strong understanding of its core functionality, best practices, and design patterns.


Core Technical Skills :


- Oracle JET Framework : Hands-on experience with the Oracle JET (JavaScript Extension Toolkit) framework to build rich, interactive web applications.


- Web Development : Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in building responsive web applications.


- Web Services : Familiarity with REST and SOAP web services for integrating external systems and services. Cloud Technologies:


- Experience with cloud technologies, particularly SaaS, OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), and Oracle Cloud Database Technical Skills :


- Ability to integrate Oracle VBCS solutions with other technologies, ensuring smooth workflows and operations.


- Understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (for which Oracle certifications are a plus).
