Note : If shortlisted, you will be invited for initial rounds on 13th September'25 (Saturday) in need to be technically hands-on in software technologies :

- Databases, scripting experience in R/Python/SQL, or similar, GIT, Containerization etc..

- Must have experience in requirements gathering, design of software models, techniques/methodologies for developing performant and high-quality enterprise software systems

- Ideally already in Revenue Growth Management.

- Have good analytical / problem-solving skills.

What youll do for us ?

- Work for RGM product team to deliver and maintain - Promotions, Pricing, Assortment, Marketing modules of Revenue Growth Management for multiple Industries.

- Design, develop and document industry-specific use cases and build them in the o9 platform

- Understand the o9 platforms data model (table structures, linkages, optimal designs) for designing various RGM use cases.

- Data crunching for business insights and recommendations using descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.

- Creation and execution of test plans, document issues, and track progress at resolving issues.

- Create the blueprints and accordingly formulate the business models using the key principles of planning, optimization, collaboration, and visibility.

- Participate in requirements and design discussions with consulting, pre-sales, and customers.

What youll have :

- At Least 4 years of experience with enterprise software

- Revenue Growth Management in specific industries (CPG, Semi, Fashion, etc)

- Experience and/or knowledge with databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and Big data file storage system (Deltalake, etc.)

- Experience in one of the following

- C#/ VB.NET/JavaScript/Java or analytical/scripting languages like Python. (Pyspark, Pandas, etc.)

- Experience in GIT, Kubernetes, Containerization will be a plus

- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills

- Proven experience to take complete ownership of end-to-end design & delivery of solutions is an advantage.

- Experience in implementing/managing/developing TPM/TPO/Pricing/assortment/Financial Planning/ other planning applications will be a plus.

- Bachelors degree in engineering from reputed/tier 1 college.

- Computer Science, Electronics Engineers given slight preference

- The Role is based out of the Bangalore office and the person is expected to work from office as per the company policy, currently minimum 3 days in a week.
