Sandfits Foundries Private Limited is a pre-eminent iron casting manufacturing company that produces Grey Iron, Ductile Iron, CG Iron, and AD Iron. We have three foundries, two green sand foundries for parts weighing 3-120 kg, and a resin sand foundry for parts weighing 60-4000 kg. We also have a dedicated machine shop to deliver precision iron components to customers worldwide. Sandfits Foundries is located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu and has a certified IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
Job Description
Lead and manage a team of engineers, designers, and technicians in the development of new products, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of the company and customer requirements.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against key milestones to ensure timely delivery of projects like testing, validation, product performance, reliability and win orders.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales and marketing, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to gather customer feedback, identify market opportunities, and drive product innovation.
Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement and drive cost savings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the product development process, from design to commercialization, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Candidates will get a unique experience to work to on Green sand (vertical & horizontal) and resin sand foundries on need basis
Qualification
BE - Mechanical Engineering with 12 years or more’ experience in iron foundry, with strong project management and excellent communication and presentation skills.
