Manager to lead, scale, and optimize our affiliate growth program along with the performance channel. This role demands a data-driven marketer with strong expertise in affiliate partnerships, publisher management, campaign analytics, and performance tracking. You’ll be responsible for driving incremental revenue through affiliates, maintaining ROI discipline, and ensuring compliance across all networks and partners.Key Responsibilities:Affiliate Network Management ● Own and manage all affiliate partnerships from onboarding and contract negotiation to campaign launch and performance optimization. ● Identify and activate new publishers, influencers, and affiliate networks aligned with business objectives. ● Maintain strong partner relationships to improve engagement, conversion quality, and revenue contribution. ● Regularly evaluate affiliate performance and optimize based on CAC, LTV, and ROI metrics.Performance Tracking & Optimization ● Monitor campaign performance daily using tracking platforms, dashboards, and analytics tools. ● Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking using GA4, UTM parameters, and affiliate dashboards. ● Identify opportunities for creative and funnel optimization through A/B testing and audience insights. ● Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all affiliate communications and creatives. Fraud & Compliance ● Detect and prevent fraudulent traffic or low-quality lead inflows. ● Ensure all affiliate partners follow brand guidelines, disclosure policies, and data privacy norms. ● Coordinate with finance for timely validation and reconciliation of payouts.Strategy & Growth ● Develop the overall affiliate growth strategy — covering acquisition, retention, and engagement. ● Forecast acquisition volumes, payout budgets, and ROI across networks. ● Explore emerging affiliate opportunities such as API integrations, influencer programs, and native content tie-ups.Reporting & Insights ● Create weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for optimization. ● Present key findings, growth opportunities, and challenges to senior leadership.Preferred Skills ● Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models (CPL, CPS, CPA, CPI). ● Hands-on experience with major affiliate platforms ● Deep expertise in performance analytics, attribution modeling, and tracking mechanisms. ● Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and reporting. ● Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills. ● Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications & Experience ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). ● Minimum 4+ years of experience in managing affiliate programs and partnerships. ● Proven track record of achieving affiliate-driven growth and ROI. ● Experience in automobile, e-commerce, or consumer tech domains will be an added advantage.Why Join Autocar? ● A data-driven, high-energy team that values innovation and creativity. ● Exposure to end-to-end marketing ownership with direct business impact. ● Dynamic workplace with exciting growth opportunities
