Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, well-connected, and target-drivenAffiliate Marketing Managerto lead, grow, and manage ouraffiliate and performance marketing partnershipswith a focus on driving conversions forHitFame Premium and Professional plans . The ideal candidate should have strong relationships withaffiliate ad networks, influencer marketing agencies, digital publishers , and a proven track record ofselling subscription products, services, or mobile appsvia commission-based models. You will be the key architect behind HitFame’saffiliate-led growth engineand will collaborate cross-functionally with performance marketing, CRM, partnerships, and content teams to execute high-ROI campaigns. Key ResponsibilitiesAffiliate Partnership DevelopmentIdentify, onboard, and manage high-performing affiliates, agencies, influencers, and ad networks to promote HitFame Premium and Professional plans Negotiate commission structures, payout terms, tracking mechanisms, and campaign KPIs Build relationships withCPA, CPL, CPS networks , affiliate aggregators, and publisher alliances Performance-Based Growth ExecutionPlan and execute campaigns across verticals — influencer-based, mobile app installs, paid media affiliates, coupon/deal sites, and entertainment communities Track performance across platforms (App, Web) and optimize towards conversion rate, CAC, LTV, and ROI Collaborate with paid marketing team to avoid overlap and maximize efficiency Affiliate Tech & TrackingManage affiliate platforms and dashboards such asImpact, Trackier, Admitad, Refersion, Tapfiliate, Post Affiliate Pro IntegrateUTMs, S2S tracking, attribution links, pixel-based monitoringacross platforms Troubleshoot and validate reporting across Google Analytics, Appsflyer, and in-app dashboards Campaign Analytics & ReportingMonitor and report on affiliate performance metrics: leads, activations, retention, churn, and payout economics Identify underperforming channels and work with partners to test creatives, landing pages, or offers Deliver weekly/monthly reports to internal stakeholders and leadership Revenue Growth & Funnel OptimizationOwn the affiliate channel P&L forPremium & Pro plans Collaborate with creative and content teams to deliver high-converting banners, videos, and hooks for affiliate distribution Drivetiered offers , incentive campaigns, contests, and exclusive promo codes for affiliates ✍️Blog & Content Monetization SupportWork closely with the content team to monetizeHitFame’s blog and news sectionthrough affiliate partnerships, programmatic ads, and sponsored content Introduce entertainment-relevant affiliate offers, job boards, or creator tools that drive revenue via blog traffic Influencer Affiliate ProgramsBuild hybrid models with micro and macro influencers on a commission or fixed+variable basis Activate creators across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn to promote Premium offerings Build long-term ambassador relationships with entertainment professionals Required Skills & Experience5–12 years of experience inaffiliate marketing, performance partnerships, or growth marketingforapps, subscription products, or e-commerce Strong network withinaffiliate agencies, ad networks, and influencer marketing agencies Prior experience inselling digital subscription plans(e.g. OTT, SaaS, EdTech, Creator Tools, etc.) via affiliate channels Familiarity withtracking platforms , mobile attribution (e.g. Appsflyer, Branch), and CRMs Demonstrated success in managingcommission-based modelswith high ROI Strong negotiation, project management, and stakeholder communication skills Bonus: Experience in theentertainment, media-tech, or creator economy space
