About the Role:Join Verdantas – A Top #ENR 81 Firm,We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Admin to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.In this role, you will ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards while supporting cross-functional teams to deliver business value through automation and digital workflows.Key Responsibilities:- Design and architect ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow applications and integrations. - Ensure platform scalability, performance, and adherence to security best practices. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. - Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards.Core Competencies:- Strong technical proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow Studio. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. - Analytical problem-solving mindset focused on scalable and sustainable solutions. - Effective collaboration skills, experienced in working cross-functionally with business and technical teams. - Proficient in creating architecture diagrams and comprehensive technical documentation.Required Qualifications:- BE/B.
