You’ll ensure the system runs smoothly, aligns with ITIL best practices, and supports continuous service improvement.Key Responsibilities- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform and ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB). - Configure workflows, catalog items, and automations using Flow Designer and scripting. - Manage users, roles, and access controls. - Perform upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting. - Develop reports and dashboards to track ITSM metrics. - Collaborate with IT teams to align platform functionality with business needs.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. - 4+ years of ServiceNow administration experience. - Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL principles. - Experience with scripting (JavaScript/Glide) and integrations (REST/SOAP). - Certifications: ServiceNow CSA (required); ITSM Implementation Specialist or ITIL Foundation (preferred).
