Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Supervisor to oversee our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in fleet monitoring, a strong understanding of fleet management software and systems, and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient operation of our fleet, maintaining accurate vehicle data, and addressing service-related issues.Key Responsibilities:Monitor Fleet Operations : Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are utilized efficiently and maintained in optimal conditionData Management : Manage and analyze vehicle data using fleet management software, ensuring accuracy and integrity of all recordsPerformance Metrics : Track and report on operational metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvementProblem Solving : Address and resolve service-related issues swiftly and effectively, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operationsReporting : Share accurate and timely data with management regarding fleet performance, maintenance schedules, and any operational challengesCompliance : Ensure that all fleet operations comply with relevant regulations and company policiesCollaboration : Work closely with maintenance teams and other departments to coordinate service schedules and manage operational issuesQualifications:Experienc e: 3-5 years of experience in fleet monitoring or a supervisingSoftware Proficienc y: Familiarity with fleet management software and data analysis toolsAnalytical Skill s: Strong ability to analyze data and generate actionable insightsProblem-Solving Skill s: Proven ability to identify problems and implement effective solutionsCommunication Skill s: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearlyOrganizational Skill s: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectivelyAttention to Detai l: High level of accuracy in data management and reporting
