Key Responsibilities:Distribution & Fundraising:- Develop and execute strategies to expand the AIF's distribution channels through IFAs, wealth managers, family offices, and institutional investors.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and channel partners.- Identify and onboard new distribution partners in line with fund objectives.- Drive fundraising initiatives and achieve capital-raising targets for current and upcoming AIF schemes.Investor Relations:- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and potential investors.- Manage investor onboarding, documentation, and compliance in coordination with fund administration teams.- Prepare and deliver regular fund updates, investor presentations, and performance reports.- Address investor queries and provide timely, transparent communication regarding fund performance and operations.Marketing & Communication:- Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams to develop marketing materials, pitch decks, and investor communications in line with SEBI regulations.- Organize investor events, webinars, and roadshows to promote AIF offerings.Compliance & Reporting:- Ensure adherence to all SEBI AIF guidelines and internal compliance procedures.- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth fund operations and reporting.
