(India Singapore USA) - Build and maintain strong local vendor networks to ensure reliable and cost-effective services. - Oversee facility management, hygiene, safety, and maintenance through regular inspections and prompt issue resolution. - Maintain accurate trackers for invoices, bills, and travel expenses for transparency and timely updates. - Plan and coordinate office events, celebrations, and logistics with seamless execution. - Collaborate effectively with internal teams (HR, IT, Finance) and external partners to resolve issues efficiently. - Supervise support staff, ensuring discipline, efficiency, and adherence to hygiene and operational standards. - Demonstrate flexibility with work timings, especially during events, travel arrangements, or urgent operational needs.Key Skills & Competencies:- Strong ownership and accountability mindset - Excellent local networking and vendor management skills - Knowledge of visa and ticketing procedures and travel documentation standards - Organizational and multitasking abilities - Effective communication and negotiation skills - Proficiency in MS Office and admin tool
