Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales, located in Chennai.

- The Head of Sales will be responsible for overseeing and leading the sales team, managing key accounts, and developing and implementing sales strategies.

- Day-to-day tasks include analysing sales data, setting sales targets, monitoring team performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- The role requires strong leadership and the ability to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the branch sales team.

- Drive business growth and meet sales targets.

- Build and maintain client relationships.

- Monitor branch performance and reporting.

- Ensure compliance with company policies.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the branch sales team.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain service quality standards.

- Track branch performance metrics and prepare regular reports for 10+ years of sales/branch management experience.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proven track record in sales and target achievement.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to drive results under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
