Sales Proposal Engineer - QatarKey Responsibilities :Identify Opportunities : Actively seek out and identify potential business opportunities in the market.Sales Meetings : Conduct meetings with clients to understand their requirements and present tailored solutions.Lead Conversion : Convert leads into customers by presenting compelling technical and commercial proposals.Proposal Preparation : Prepare accurate and customized proposals, considering both technical specifications and commercial terms.Negotiation & Closing : Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients, ensuring the final agreement meets both company and customer needs.Client Satisfaction : Ensure the timely delivery of products and services, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction throughout the process.Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and identifying opportunities for future sales.Exceed Sales Targets : Leverage both technical knowledge and sales acumen to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (engineering, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.Required Skills & Qualifications :Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in sales engineering or a similar role, with a focus on technical sales and proposal development.Strong technical knowledge of mechanical products and solutions.Proven ability to negotiate pricing and finalize deals in a competitive environment.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills , with the ability to engage clients at all levels.Problem-solving abilities to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to working with other departments.A customer-focused approach, always striving to provide the best service and solutions to clients.Preferred Skills :Previous experience working in Qatar or the Middle East.Familiarity with local industry standards and practices.
