We expect you to create both functional and appealing features that address our client’s needs and help us grow our customer base.Your contribution to the team:- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers - Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps - Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like - Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables) - Prepare and present rough drafts to the internal team and product manager - Identify and troubleshoot UX problems and be responsive and responsible for any error that can occur in the process. - Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback - Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images of the company.We like you if you have:- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferable for an ed-tech company. - A well-maintained portfolio of design projects and web pages. - Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe. cc and InVision) - Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Figma and Origami - Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with the team and product managers. - Good time-management skills. - BSc in Design, Computer Science, or relevant fieldOffice Location - Surat (Gujarat)Work Type - In-Office, Fulltime.Working Days - 6 Days a week (Monday to Saturday)Compensation - Above Industry Standard Pay depending on your skills and experience.
