Designation: Legal Support SpecialistJob Description:Provide legal and compliance advice and support to the company on a broad range of legal matters including contract drafting and negotiation, intellectual property, ESG, data privacy and protection, employment law, antitrust, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, tax, and technology (IT), to address legal and compliance issues and provide proactive legal and compliance supportResponsible for Contract Management activities in CM Ariba or other corresponding tool, Contract Automation, corporate repositoriessupport, technical issues resolutions, support for new markets joining the services (presentations, training sessions etc.)Key Responsibilities:To participate in the definition and implementation of Legal Support team\R2R objectives, in line with NBS Lviv OMP strategy. Execute PDP plans created in cooperation with the Line Manager. Execute accurately and in accordance with Market deadlines the agreed Legal Support Services implementation. Participation and/or the leading of Work shadowing/Training sessions/Presentations for a country or entity of Legal Support activities to support new implementations. In accordance with defined Standard Routines, download, analyse, consolidate, and report on the defined data. Ensure efficient and proactive cooperation on different levels of Legal Support Services implementation. Responsible for technical support and issues resolution follow-up in cooperation with Group Legal in the Market and IS/IT support. Deliver analyses, documentation and testing of process development, logic, process flows and specifications. Leads and participates in continuous improvement activities through proven usage of Service improving techniques and data analytics tools.Update the Standard Routines due to legal or process changes.Ensure compliance with Nestle standards, and adherence to R&C matrix.Strong knowledge and experience of working with technical solutions and sofrware used by Legal Support Team, Excel.Interest, knowledge, and aptitude for Legal operations, contract management and related activities
