This role requires expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and ability to design scalable, maintainable frontend systems.Key Roles and Responsibilities :- Architect and design scalable React applications- Establish frontend development standards and best practices- Lead technical decision-making for UI/UX implementation- Mentor frontend development team- Collaborate with backend teams for API integration- Ensure performance, accessibility, and security standardsRequired Technical Skills :- React : 5+ years with React, Redux, Context API, Hooks- JavaScript/TypeScript : Expert-level ES6+, TypeScript proficiency- State Management : Redux, Zustand, MobX, complex state patterns- Build Tools : Webpack, Vite, Rollup, module bundling optimization- CSS : Styled-components, CSS-in-JS, Sass, responsive design- Testing : Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, E2E testing- Performance : Code splitting, lazy loading, performance optimization- Architecture : Component design patterns, microfrontend architecture- APIs : RESTful integration, GraphQL, real-time communications- Tools : npm/yarn, Git, modern IDE/debugging toolsRequired Experience : - 5+ years frontend development with 4+ years in React- Experience with large-scale, complex applications- Leadership and mentoring experience- Experience with financial/transactional UIs preferred- Strong UX/UI collaboration experience- Education & Certifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, Frontend or React certifications preferred (ref:hirist.tech)
