This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Manager Talent Excellence. The Assistant Manager Talent Excellence will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with talent management, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee development. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and support the overall talent management strategy.


Responsibilities:

-AM TE will be responsible to ensure complete implementation of HR policies and procedures.

-Provide an avenue for immediate redressal of queries/grievances.

-Responsible for initiating/supporting various HR initiatives for employees, ,coordinate for HR activities such as IJP, Esat, Survey, TDP, FGD, engagement activities connect with leadership through various forums like Super day, Chat with executive.

-Ensure collaborative relationship with various functional owners across at site or process level.

-Manage and develop direct reporting staff responsible for mentoring, guiding and developing them as second line to current position.

-Grievance handling.

-Conduction induction session for support function.

-Exit management and attrition analysis.

-Preparing presentation for HR Process, Project plans, framework etc.


Required Qualifications:

-Should be good in Analytical thinking, Reasoning, and Decision making.

-Good knowledge of HR compliance.

-Coaches and develop other Process Understanding, Interviewing skills.

-Should have experience in team handling (3 years preferable).

-Good knowledge with work experience on MS Office(Excel & PPT).
