We are looking for a strategic and technically strong Procurement Manager with 7–8 years of experience in consumer electronics sourcing. The incumbent will lead end-to-end procurement operations, encompassing strategic sourcing, vendor development, commercial negotiations, and supplier performance management. A solid foundation in Electronics Engineering is essential to effectively manage technically complex products such as mobile chargers, power banks, trimmers, and hair straighteners.Mandatory RequirementProven experience in handling Chinese vendors is mandatory.Required Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering (mandatory).Experience: 7–8 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management with strong exposure to consumer electronics.Product Expertise: Deep understanding of electronic components and sourcing ecosystems for mobile accessories and personal grooming devices.Negotiation & Communication: Demonstrated excellence in commercial negotiations and stakeholder engagement.Technical Acumen: Ability to interpret engineering drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and technical specifications.Analytical Capability: Strong financial and market analysis skills for demand forecasting, cost control, and budget management.Systems Proficiency: Mandatory working knowledge of SAP; experience with ARIBA will be an added advantage.Interested candidates can send your resume at shipra@peoplemint.in
