Job Title : Salesforce Technical Architect Work Location : Bangalore Work Experience : 10 to 15 years Must Have Criteria Minimum 10+ years of Salesforce Architecture experience. Strong expertise in Salesforce Conga, Apex, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Proficient in Salesforce Flows. Deep understanding of Data Migration Concepts. Hands-on experience with Integration Patterns. Proven experience in Large Data Volume Implementations. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Security Features and Best Practices. Thorough understanding of Salesforce Limits and Salesforce Asynchronous Capabilities. Solid grasp of Coding Best Practices and conducting Code Reviews. Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. Exposure to Using Generative AI for Development. Experience working with Salesforce Managed Packages. Proficiency in DevOps Tools and Best Practices. Strong understanding of GIT and Version Management. Must possess 15x Salesforce Certifications. Prefer to Have Criteria Understanding of 1GP (First Generation Packaging) and 2GP (Second Generation Packaging). Experience with Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud. Knowledge of Locker Service (LWS). Experience with Integration Middleware / MuleSoft. Good understanding of Analytics Platforms. People Management Skills. Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments. Exposure to Drafting RFPs (Request for Proposals) and Effort Estimation. Experience in Training and Coaching.
