Having grown rapidly, were now looking for a strong HR Lead to take complete ownership of our people functionsomeone who can balance hands-on HR operations with strategic leadership, and help us shape the culture, structure, and systems that will power our next stage of growth.Key Strategy & Execution:- Develop and implement scalable HR policies, frameworks, and processes.- Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with overall business goals and future workforce planning.Talent Acquisition & Retention:- Lead end-to-end recruitment across all levelsfrom entry to leadership roles.- Oversee onboarding, employee engagement, and retention programs to build a motivated workforce.- Design and execute strategies to reduce attrition and strengthen employer branding.Performance Management & Development:- Establish a structured performance management system including goal-setting, feedback, and review mechanisms.- Identify skill gaps and create learning and development opportunities for employees across functions.Employee Relations & Compliance:- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory compliance requirements.- Promote a positive, inclusive, and transparent workplace culture.HR Operations & Reporting:- Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits, and HR documentation.- Maintain accurate HR metrics and dashboards (attrition, engagement, headcount, etc.) and present insights to leadership for decision-making.What Youll Bring:- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or strategic role.- Deep understanding of HR policies, compliance, and labor laws in India.- Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.- Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsable to partner effectively with both leadership and employees.- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.- Proficiency with HR tools, systems, and MS Office Suite.Why Join Build, dont just manage: Youll play a key role in setting up the HR foundation for a scaling company.- High-impact role: Direct collaboration with founders and leadership to shape the people strategy.- People-first culture: Flexible, inclusive, and supportive work environment.- Growth & learning: Opportunities to grow alongside a company scaling across industries and geographies.
