  • Research Governance and Management
  • Monitoring of Project Progress and Completion
  • Interact with the various Amity Group of Institutes/ Universities/ Campuses, faculty members, HoIs, HODs, Advisors etc. for facilitating Progress of Research and its Outcome with include Patents, Publications, Research Projects and Technology Development.
  • Organize Review Meetings and Prepare Reports for effective Research Management in all Campuses/Universities.
  • Feed the latest development and current opportunities emerging in Research & Development which will be beneficial for Amity Group.
  • Provide Accreditation and ranking-related support pertaining to research and innovation.
  • Create, Update and Maintain Research Databases.
  • Maintain dashboard.
  • Update ASTIF website.


Leadership Quality


Computer savvy, good communication skills (written & spoken) with Leadership Potential.


Qualification:

Should be a Science/Engineering Graduate & Postgraduate with following qualifications:

UG: Science/ Engineering Graduate (B.Sc/ B.Tech/B.E) AND


PG: MSc/ MS/ M.Tech along with Management degree like MBA/ PGDM (preferably from premier Indian Institution or from Abroad). The candidate having Ph.D degree with few Scopus publications, will be preferred.


Experience:

3-7 years of Industrial/ Academic/ Research experience in following:

  • Project Management/ Research and Coordination for large size business transformation projects
  • Research & Innovations (Cutting-edge frontiers, Research Project Development, Industry Interface, IPR, Patents, Innovations, Industry Connect etc.)
  • Planning/ Designing/ Management/ Evaluation/ Implementation of projects/research work and techno-economical evaluation.
  • Engineering/ Project management/ Qualitative data research/ Quantitative data sets/ Communications
  • Coordination with Senior Govt. Officers, Industry officials, Academics, Stakeholders, etc.
  • Assessing/Developing/Implementing activities/projects at National/ International level.
  • Documentation and Preparation of Report


Skills Required:


Database Management, Report Writing Capabilities, Proficient in Computer Skills, Statistical Analysis Software etc.
