Description : Principal EngineerLocation : BhopalExperience : 7+ yearsAbout the Role :We are looking for an experienced Principal Engineer skilled in Python (FastAPI/Django) and MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node) to design, build, and deliver scalable, high-performance applications. The role involves technical leadership, architecture design, and mentoring a team of developers to ensure high-quality software delivery.Key Responsibilities :- Lead end-to-end development using Python and/or MERN stack technologies.- Design and implement robust backend systems, RESTful APIs, and scalable microservices.- Build efficient and responsive front-end components using React and Tailwind CSS.- Manage deployments on AWS, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, and monitoring.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for architecture planning, code reviews, and performance optimization.- Ensure clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.- Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving team productivity and technical excellence.Requirements :- 7+ years of experience in backend (Python/FastAPI/Django) or full-stack (MERN) development.- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and cloud deployments (AWS/Linux).- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React Hooks, Node.js, Express.js, and database systems (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB).- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and version control (Git).- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and agile development processes.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
