Timings: 12PM - 9PM


Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our IT Products team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years of experience in business analysis, with a strong background in IT. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between complex business needs and technological solutions, ensuring the development of effective IT products.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to capture and analyze complex business requirements. Utilize various methods such as workshops, interviews, and surveys to define detailed business needs.

2. Solution Development: Collaborate with IT teams to develop and propose IT solutions that align with business objectives. Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

3. Project Management: Manage project timelines, ensuring that milestones are met and deliverables are completed on schedule. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage resources effectively.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct data trend analysis and metrics evaluation to guide business decisions. Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.

5. Process Improvement: Continuously seek and implement improvements in business processes and systems. Adhere to best practices in workflow and data management.

6. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key liaison between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements and solutions. Manage stakeholder expectations efficiently.

7. Training and Support: Provide training and support to users on new systems and processes. Develop comprehensive user manuals and documentation.

8. Writing Epics and User Stories: Craft detailed epics and user stories to effectively communicate requirements to the IT development team. Ensure these stories align with the overall project goals and business needs.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

- At least 2+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in the IT sector.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with various management levels and staff.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.

- Experience in project management and familiarity with project management tools.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and IT development processes.


Desirable Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in a related field.

- Relevant certifications in business analysis or project management (e.g., CBAP, PMP).
