We are looking for a results-drivenPaid Media Executiveto manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring maximum ROI on ad spends.Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness. Monitor daily performance of campaigns and optimize for clicks, conversions, and ROI. Create, test, and iterate ad creatives, copies, and formats to improve performance. Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure ads are aligned with brand guidelines. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights. Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns stay within allocated spends. Stay updated with platform changes, new ad features, and industry best practices.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in paid media/digital advertising. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.). Ability to work on multiple campaigns and deliver within deadlines. Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications (preferred).
