We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives across enterprise-grade Java/J2EE applications deployed on modern hybrid cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams, and strong background experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, Microservice Architecture , and Agile delivery models.

Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program delivery for enterprise applications built on Java/J2EE stack, and Microservice Architecture.
  • Manage multiple project streams across development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Drive cloud migration, new development and modernization efforts using platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP or private cloud.
  • Oversee container orchestration and microservices deployment using Kubernetes.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and program health metrics.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and change control processes.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 12 to 18 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in program/project management.
  • Strong background in Java/J2EE enterprise application development, and Microservice Architecture.
  • Strong background with any cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Private Cloud).
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized deployments.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification is a plus.
