The Opportunity:

Candidate Profile:

  • 3 to 8 years in CAD with MUST HAVE knowledge of Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing
  • Experience of working on 3DCS, VSA, Sigmetrix CETOL or similar tools would be an advantage.
  • MUST be expert in CAD software (like NX/ CATIA/ Creo/ Solid Works/ Inventor or similar tools) with knowledge of GD&T as per ASME Y14.5/ ISO standards
  • *Preferably Immediate or Short Notice Joiners
  • *Candidates based at PUNE or ready to work from PUNE


Job Responsibilities:

  • Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers can make the most out of our DVA (Dimensional variation analysis) software and have a positive experience using it.
  • You will need to be able to troubleshoot technical issues, guide software functionality and usage, and help our customers resolve any challenges they may encounter.
  • You will be the go-to person for our customers when they encounter technical issues or have questions about how to utilize our software best.

You are expected to perform the following functions:

  • Technical Discussions to understand customer’s challenges and requirements, Product Demonstrations, Performing Proof of Concept/ Benchmark, Customer Presentations etc.
  • Product Installation, Training, Troubleshoot and resolve Product Usage Issues and liaise with OEM Technical Support in case of product issues/ limitations to provide work around to provide quick and accurate solution.
  • Document and track all support requests and resolutions and ensure all support requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
  • Project and Training Services – Specific to the customer’s requirements.
  • Knowledge Management - Create a repository of Industry specific Use Cases, help the Marketing Team in making the Customer Success Stories, Train and re-train Self and Others on various products in the portfolio to share and build the practice.


The Technical Support job requires travelling across India for customer visits (Travel, Accommodation and other expenses will be taken care of by the company).
