The Senior HR is responsible for providing strategic leadership and support to the HR function. They will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing the HR team, and providing HR support to employees and managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage the HR team.
  • Provide HR support to employees and managers.
  • Conduct performance reviews.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs.
  • Oversee employee relations.
  • Administer employee benefits.
  • Comply with all relevant employment regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate with MBA (HRM)
  • 8+ years of experience with IT Firm
  • Experience in on-boarding, Develop and maintain talent management
  • Understanding of state and federal employment regulations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail

Salary: ?10.0 lakhs per annum
