Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO and digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Set performance goals and KPIs for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

Team Leadership & Management:

Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, including SEO specialists, content creators, social media managers, and PPC analysts.
Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Lead the development and execution of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
Conduct regular SEO audits to identify and resolve technical and content-related issues.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all content.

Paid Search & Advertising (SEM/PPC):

Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media.
Manage budgets, bid strategies, and ad placements to maximize ROI.
Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.

Content Marketing:

Collaborate with content creators to develop and distribute high-quality, SEO-friendly content across multiple channels.
Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and engages target audiences.
Implement content strategies that support SEO goals and drive organic traffic.

Social Media Strategy:

Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Oversee the management of social media profiles and campaigns, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other analytics platforms.
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key insights, trends, and areas for improvement.
Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize marketing strategies.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:

Work closely with other departments, including sales, product, and IT, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO and SEM.
Proven experience in managing and leading a digital marketing team.
In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
Proficiency with SEO and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
Experience in managing large-scale PPC campaigns with a track record of success.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills:

Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or related areas.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
Knowledge of eCommerce marketing strategies.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical SEO.
