Oversee and manage daily administrative operations, including scheduling classes, managing facilities, and coordinating logistics for training programs.
Supervise and allocate resources efficiently, including classrooms, training materials, and equipment.
Procure and manage training materials, supplies, and equipment as needed.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to enhance the overall training experience.
Evaluate, implement, and maintain relevant technology solutions to support operations, including management systems and software.
Act as a point of contact for students and clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Foster positive relationships and seek opportunities for business expansion and client retention.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures and best practices.
Timely sourcing of candidates and matching profiles to appropriate departments.
Ensure that pre-onboarding, training, and post-training evaluations and assessments are conducted properly and comprehensively cover 100%.
Ensure that students gain live project experience during their project phase.
