Senior Consultant - SAP Success factors

Responsibility:

•Maintaining & nurturing customer relationships by addressing product-related questions and concerns.Support the development and maintenance of customer relationships via ticket system, e-mail or telephone or conference call.
•Hands-on: Solve customer questions and inquiries by identifying problems, researching answers, working with vendors or other team members and providing solutions to problems or creating appropriate workarounds.
•Troubleshooting: Analyzing customers' business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
•Provide end-to-end support for complex applications in the event of problems recorded in the ticketing system.

Qualifications :

•Degree (Diploma, Bachelor or Master) or professional qualification with a technical or commercial orientation with several years of professional experience in customer support or SAP HCM / SuccessFactors consulting
•Several years of in-depth experience in SAP ERP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors as well as functional knowledge of at least one core module (PA/OM or EC)
•Excellent communication and documentation skills as well as analytical thinking and a solution-oriented way of working
•Proven experience in a customer-facing role and good knowledge of business and customer application support processes
•Good written and spoken English skills
