We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Dynamics 365 consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of FSCM modules, strong consulting skills, and the ability to guide clients through complex business transformations.

Roles and responsibilities:

Project Delivery:
Lead and participate in the implementation of Dynamics 365 FSCM projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
Gather and analyze client requirements, translating them into effective solutions using Dynamics 365 FSCM.
Configure and customize the FSCM modules to meet specific client needs.
Design and develop custom solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) as needed.
Provide training and support to end-users throughout the implementation process.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
Provide expert guidance and recommendations on best practices for utilizing Dynamics 365 FSCM.
Conduct workshops and presentations to demonstrate the value of the solution.
Technical Expertise:
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 FSCM and related technologies.
Contribute to the development of internal knowledge base and best practices.
Mentor and guide junior consultants on technical and functional aspects of the solution.
Skill Sets:

Experience:
7+ years of experience implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 FSCM (Finance, Supply Chain Management) solutions.
Proven track record of successful project delivery in a consulting environment.
Experience in gathering and analyzing client requirements.
Strong understanding of business processes in finance and supply chain management.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 FSCM modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, etc.).
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) or other customization tools.
Knowledge of data migration, integration, and reporting tools.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 FSCM.
Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, logistics etc
