Purchase Executive

Qualification: Any Graduate, B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical

Experience: 2+ Years experience in a harness mfg. co/ trader of harness components

Expertise in the purchase/ trade of wiring harness components: lugs, connectors, terminals, relays, plastic molded parts, HST sleeves

Skills:

• Responsible for all Purchase Activities related to wiring harness manufacture

• Source new vendors and materials after conducting thorough market research

• Float inquiries to suppliers and evaluate quotations received

• Understand the techno-commercial implications and suggest better alternatives

• Prepare and review Work Orders, Purchase Orders with order specifications and commercial details

• Update Procurement Work Progress Tracker on a continuous basis with a record of requisitions raised, quotes received and Work orders/purchase orders issued

• Supervise the work of the team and give them proper instructions for the smooth functioning of the department.

• Any other activities that may be delegated from time to time as per the Functional, Business, and Organizational needs.

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Expert in documentation work with proficiency in Google Sheets/Docs, MS Office

• Familiar with ERP Software

• Knowledge of Construction and related Materials

• Eager to use the latest tools and technologies

• Experience in Team Management

• Effective Time management
