Roles & Responsibilities:

 4-5 years of years of experience in design, implementation and support of Marketing

automation systems using Adobe Journey Optimizer tools.

 Creating and maintaining campaign documentation, including process designs, technical

specifications, and test plans.

 Design and implement complex omni-channel experiences including channels such as Email,

SMS, In-App, Paid Media and Web using Adobe Journey Optimizer & Adobe Target.

 Experience on Email on Acid / chrome profiling/light house/cross browser testing and other

optimization tools

 Understand the marketing specifications document and ensure all data/content is available for

the Campaigns execution and journey design and collaborating with marketing teams to define

and implement data-related strategies, ensuring high-quality data inputs and outputs for

effective campaign execution and reporting.

 Should have strong knowledge of building block-based designs using Email Builder / Journey

Builder / Content management & Asset essentials in AJO.

 Extremely strong knowledge of HTML / CSS style / Javascript and font-families.

 Basic knowledge of SQL querying and database schema and data type.

 Should have the knowledge of building complex journeys for customer life cycle, customer early

life based on individual profile and experience data.

 Implement and support automation triggered, recurring and ad-hoc communications

 Provide and be knowledgeable in best practices in campaign/Journey development to optimize

efficiency and quality of deliverables.

 Ability to analyze the campaign requirements and suggest the type of data and logic that needs

to be used.

 Knowledge of A/B testing and developing personalized experience journey using Adobe Journey

Optimizer using experimentation or/and variant feature.

 Good knwoledge of other areas of AEP outside of AJO and how AEP works in correlation with

AJO, Target , RT-CDP; profile unification, identities, segments, activation

Professional Attributes.

 Staying updated with the latest features and enhancements in Adobe Campaign, evaluating

their relevance to business needs, and implementing as appropriate.

 Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment; innovative, adaptable,

self-directed, and team player.

 Good analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to the details.

 Should have excellent communication skills and be able to interface directly with clients and

higher management.

 Ability to work in a high-energy, quickly changing, and demanding environment
