Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Tagging Specialist to join our team at Hogarth Studios. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for providing expert counsel to various disciplines and clients on how to plan, set up, and architect metrics tagging to help answer business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on metrics tagging to ensure accurate and efficient data collection.
  • Recommend measures to improve tagging efficiency and quality.
  • Lead the definition of tagging requirements for re-engineering and new development projects.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure proper metrics implementation.
  • Operate Adobe Launch to implement website metrics design and other third-party media tags.
  • Perform metrics implementation tests and ensure global standards are being utilized.
  • Use JIRA to communicate defects and act as a consultant for defects resolution.
  • Participate in development and training sessions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Adobe Analytics QA and Implementation.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Adobe DTM, and Adobe Launch.
  • Ability to investigate tagging issues reported by the testing team.
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of creating variable mapping documents based on comps.
  • Excellent team player with a logical and creative approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to create tagging documents visualizing user behavior on an e-commerce site.
  • Familiarity with checkout processes and tracking mechanisms on an e-commerce site.
  • Working knowledge of gtag.js, Google Adwords, DoubleClick, and Floodlight.
  • Working knowledge of debugging tools, developer consoles, and Adobe extensions.
