Job Description

· Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
· Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
· Conducting phone interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.
· Extending job offers and negotiating salaries and benefits.
· Onboarding new hires and ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
· Maintaining accurate records and reports
· Proactively building resume database for upcoming/highly potential IT requirements

Preferred Skills
· Bachelor’s Degree/MBA in Human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· Eagerness to learn and develop a career in Human Resources.
· Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills
