Technical Support Engineers

We are seeking Technical Support Engineers with strong expertise in Windows Server, Web Server, and Database environments to support the implementation and maintenance of our software products. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a skilled team of technical support engineers based in both India and the US, delivering comprehensive support services to customers globally.

Responsibilities:
• Provide implementation and technical support for our software products to international clients.
• Provide technical support for Windows Servers, IIS Web servers, SQL database Servers, and cloud platforms like AWS.
• Provide production support for web applications built in .NET or Java.
• Provide technical support for MS SQL Server database installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Diagnose, document, and track technical issues, ensuring prompt resolution to meet customer needs.

Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in software and technical support.
• Strong customer service abilities.
• Exceptional troubleshooting, diagnostic, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of software implementation processes.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, including FTP, HTTP, DNS, and Active Directory.
• Proficient in administering Windows Server operating system.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or other databases.
• Willingness to work rotational 24/7 shifts (8 hours per day, 5 days per week, totaling 40 hours).
• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, and GCP; certification is a plus.

Note: Freshers with excellent communication skills and those who completed internships courses in MCSE/Networking/Cloud systems can apply for the trainee post.
