  • Responsible for customer satisfaction and the cultivation of references for each client within the assigned portfolio.
  • Coordinate operational and strategic activities internally to improve customer experience and strengthen corporate processes across onboarding, support, sales, customer experience, business intelligence, product, IT, customer communications, billing, and finance.
  • Maintain and expand relational footprint within assigned clients.
  • Create and deliver business reviews with all assigned clients per corporate guidelines.
  • Maintain accuracy of customer documentation in all corporate repositories.
  • Serve as the escalation point for operational disruption across all defined areas of partnership.
  • Assist supervisor/manager with program development, facility operations, and other responsibilities.
  • Communicate (phone calls, in-person visits) with clients for the purposes of our ongoing quality assurance plan.
