Inviting applications for the role of Graphic Design.

Responsibilities

  • Create graphics, work on PowerPoint presentations using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator for print collateral).
  • Design invites and event collateral, flyers (print format), and reports (long form and short form in print format).
  • Use appropriate event signage for executing print collateral.
  • Interpret creative briefs to deliver high-quality work that meets the brief’s goals.
  • Maintain the quality of design throughout all phases for a variety of projects assigned.
  • Ensure that the designs adhere to the brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate on projects for the internal and/or external designers, illustrators, photographers, and videographers to execute high-quality content.
  • Visualize media elements (graphics, interface, marketing material) and guide the team on various aspects of design.
  • Ensure all produced material is correctly optimized for chosen dissemination (web, social media, large presentation screen, social media).
  • Work closely with other analysts and communication professionals to ensure design work exceeds expectations.



Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  • At least 7+ years’ experience in PowerPoint, video, and other design collateral, with strong capabilities in graphic design and video post-production work
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator required.
  • Ability to synthesize and present concepts and data for a general audience using multiple forms of media (video, animation, stills, graphics, and presentations).
  • Experience in guiding video and multimedia projects from conception through completion.
  • Proficient understanding of the creative process and open to creative critique.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design.
  • Agency or Design Studio experience.
