Your creativity and design expertise will be instrumental in shaping the online presence of our clients.Responsibilities:Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics and illustrations for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, websites, email marketing, and more.Branding: Ensure consistency in branding elements across all digital assets, adhering to brand guidelines and style standards.Content Creation: Design engaging and shareable content, such as infographics, banners, social media posts, and email templates.Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns.Photo Editing: Edit and enhance photos to improve quality and align with campaign requirements.Video/Graphics Integration: Integrate graphics and animations into video content for marketing purposes.Responsive Design: Create designs that are responsive and optimized for various digital platforms and screen sizes.Trends and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design tools to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of digital design.Client Interaction: Occasionally engage with clients to understand their design requirements and incorporate feedback into design projects.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or a related field.Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a digital marketing context.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.Knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret and execute design briefs.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of creativity and innovation.Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects.Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.Benefits:Opportunities for professional development and training.A creative and collaborative work environment.Access to cutting-edge design tools and software.Opportunities to work on diverse and exciting projects.How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to send their resumes to hr@weare86.com or call 9266068140.
