Who we are looking for:

We are seeking individuals who can provide end-to-end support to investment company clients in preparing financial statements, portfolio schedules, and mandatory reports within strict deadlines for audit/review and submission to regulators.

The selected candidates must be available to work in shifts that align with US, APAC, and EMEA hours, allowing for training, practical experience, and feedback.

What you will be responsible for:

As an Associate Level 2, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing client financial statements and other relevant forms
  • Assisting in the coordination of comments and document typesetting
  • Supporting service preparation, review, and delivery
  • Meeting all deadlines, managing time effectively, and escalating issues as needed
  • Completing SOPs, checklists accurately, and utilizing technology efficiently
  • Participating in ad-hoc projects, last-minute requests, and providing training

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Economics with a focus on Business, Accounting, or Finance

Additional Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word), problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
  • 1-3 years of experience in related fields preferred
