Short Description

As a Senior HR Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the efficiency of HR operations across the APAC region. You will act as a bridge between various HR teams, ensuring seamless execution of processes and compliance with global standards. This role demands critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills to support the HR function effectively

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Collaborate with Third-Party Contractors: Ensure the smooth operation of all HR activities in the APAC region by working closely with third-party contractors.
  • Support Digital Transformation Projects: Assist in the HR Operation digital transformation project, ensuring effective knowledge transition to new technology for third-party contractors.
  • HR Operations Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR operations, with demonstrated expertise in handling complex HR processes and projects.
  • Shared Service Environment: Proven experience in a shared service environment, preferably with familiarity in using ticketing systems to manage and track HR queries and issues.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel (for data analysis), Word.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing HR processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
