Job Overview:
The Advertiser Success Team (AST) at , Inc. is responsible for onboarding new advertisers and optimizing accounts of existing advertisers on SSPA or SA (Search Advertising).

The team focuses on providing personalized assistance to educate new advertisers and set them up for success, as well as performing account level optimizations for existing advertisers aligned with their goals.

We are currently looking to build a team of energetic and highly motivated Account Specialists to support new and existing advertisers in understanding the opportunities within Amazon Advertising programs to grow their businesses.


Responsibilities:


Act as the main point of contact for advertisers and facilitate their sales & marketing initiatives through a dedicated 1:1 outreach program.

Educate advertisers on Amazon Advertising products and analyze campaign performance to recommend and implement optimizations.
Provide support in campaign set-up and optimization using Performance Advertising tools and techniques.
Engage in 1:1 programs and online trainings to educate advertisers on Amazon Advertising products.
Address advertiser queries promptly and accurately, troubleshooting technical or implementation issues as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions, provide feedback to improve advertiser experience, and identify opportunities for product enhancements.
Own a portfolio of accounts including Standard and High Value advertisers, ensuring performance against key metrics and KPIs.

Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and other means, and provide regular updates on campaign progress, insights, and optimization solutions.

Work cross-functionally with Account Management, Sales & Marketing, and Product teams to identify and resolve issues blocking advertiser performance.
Mentor new team members and contribute to the development of best practices, SOPs, and frameworks for innovations.

Qualifications:
Experience in interacting with global clients (phone/email) and effective communication skills.
Quick learner of new tools and systems, with flexibility in adapting to changes.
Analytical mindset with the ability to multitask and address multiple advertiser issues simultaneously.
Customer-centric approach with attention to detail and strong research skills.
Proficient in online Advertising and possess excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Strong analytical ability with the capacity to develop insights and optimize campaign performance.
