Role:
Principle Product Lead

Job Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge will cover all aspects of backoffice processing of payment transactions Cards/ noncard and overall payments ecosystem, business requirements that banks and financial institutions have in this space.
  • Experience in independently managing product as part of a product organization and having developed multiple solutions for addressing the clients reconciliation and settlement issues.
  • Define FSS market strategy and put it into practice across our commercial and technology and operations departments.
  • As a leader driving Product goals, you will clearly communicate and drive product strategy, direction, and vision, maintaining alignment with Technology and Operations on the solution roadmap and strategy for the product, in sync with that for the productline and the overall FSS strategy.
  • Meet customers and prospects alike and using your expertise to represent FSS in front of industry, and to be an expert that FSS puts forward for conferences, webinars and industry publications.
  • As the product champion, you will continually drive product adoption among the customer base and target market, understand pain points and problems and addressing them in a timely fashion, with a constant eye on maximizing the ROI for the product.
  • Partner with marketing, product marketing and Commercial channels to develop the gotomarket strategy.
  • You will stay engaged with the sales team and articulate the value proposition of the product among customers and prospects alike.
  • Maintain an intimate understanding of the payments industry and the competition to quickly identify opportunities and threats, leverage our strengths and overcome our weaknesses while influencing the overall FSS product strategy.
  • Be the go to person for the product and shall work cohesively with the product development team, SaaS partners, finance, sales, sales operations, legal and the business analysts.
  • Representing the market and clearly conveying the requirements to our internal and external technology partners.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:

  • Bachelor s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3 plus years of related experience in the industry (Banking Services Partners) related role such as technical support, product management or product development type roles with exposure to marketing.
  • Excellent leadership and organization skills
  • Strong ability to understand technical issues at a high level
  • Demonstrates strong accountability
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to operate as a change agent, influencing and driving action organizationally
  • Deep and broad understanding and experience in all aspects of product management.
  • Good understanding of development frameworks, especially Scrum.
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
