We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our team. What can you expect?

General Skills:

  • Project Management skills, on scoping, scheduling and resource management, with ability to run a team as a Scrum Master
  • Very strong communication (written, oral) and negotiation skills
  • Must be extremely confident and able to deal with ambiguity
  • Ability to estimate project size based on high level requirements
  • Knowledge of Cost, Time, and Effort estimation
  • Creation of project plan with focus on scheduling and planning with documented risks and dependencies

Technical Skills


• Should have managed a multiple Analytics delivery projects and have technical hand-on exp. on various Analytics tools like Python, AWS, and other AI project delivery experience ( end to end ).

Job description:

  • Ability to manage people, project, presentations and status updates
  • Ability to play a strong scrum master role ( Technical Project Manager)
  • Must be a good leader who makes a team of different members of various skills and can complete their individual task.
  • One of the key roles of a software project manager is to encourage team member to work properly for the successful completion of the project.
  • The project manager should keep an eye on the progress of the project. A project manager must track whether the project is going as per plan or not. If any problem arises, then take necessary action to solve the problem. Moreover, check whether the product is developed by maintaining correct coding standards or not.
  • Project manager is the link between the development team and the customer. Project manager analysis the customer requirements and convey it to the development team and keep telling the progress of the project to the customer. Moreover, the project manager checks whether the project is fulfilling the customer requirements or not.
  • The project manager prepares the documentation of the project for future purpose. The reports contain detailed features of the product and various techniques. These reports help to maintain and enhance the quality of the project in the future.
  • Experience with various tools such as JIRA, Jenkins, Confluence, Git / Bitbucket

What you need to have:

  • Min. 10 to 12 years in developing/managing web applications or data analytics solutions using Python, Node JS & SQL, AWS and Qliksense or other BI tools
  • Having exp. Of onboarding new clients on a product from Data collection, cleaning, transformation and creating a BI dashboard in Qliksense so end to end management of client going live.
  • BE/ BTECH/ MCA/ M TECH

  • Skills to negotiate and ask questions to help arrive at scope and detailed estimation.
  • Deep understanding of AI projects and delivered some large scale projects
  • Should be able to identify the unanticipated risks that may occur during project development risk, analysis the damage might cause these risks and take risk reduction plan to cope up with these risks.
  • Knowledge on Scrum, ability to write a good user story, and break down tasks for team
