Job Description:

  • Incident management and issue resolution leveraging ServiceNow and ensure necessary follow up
  • Monitoring, troubleshooting and issue resolution regarding the HRIS integrations between Success Factors and Dayforce, integration between Success Factors and ServiceNow, and integration with Active Directory and MY O-I
  • Co-ordinating/leading regular touch base meetings with HRIS Client Management and ensures timely resolution of critical issues
  • Partners with cross-functional team members and IT team members on HRIS related issues/enhancements/queries
  • Collaborates with executive leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements
  • Compiles or assists with data reports, summaries and logs for senior HRIS executives
  • Serves as a lead representative for the liaison between HR, information systems and other stakeholders
  • Active participation in resolving of employees' access and permissions issues
  • Train and oversee junior consultants in the team
  • Provides necessary support to SAP Payroll related issues
  • Performs other duties as directed
  • Expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central
