Main Responsibilities:
First hire in the HR Team who would be responsible for the following:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage employee relations and administering employee benefits programs
  • Manage the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate and timely recordkeeping.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing employment practices.
  • Build and develop the HR team, providing leadership and guidance.
  • Engage with stakeholders in other countries to address hiring needs and ensure alignment with global HR standards.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR processes and ensure adherence across the organization.

Must Have Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as an HR leader, preferably in the manufacturing/packaging sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies around ELC.
  • Proven track record in managing employee relations.
  • Familiarity with employee benefits administration.
  • Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with crossfunctional teams.
