Job Title/Role - Business Development Manager

Reporting To - Business head

Location - Delhi

Working days - Monday - Friday

Main KRA's :

  • Order book - exceed sales targets
  • Revenue
  • Collections
  • Proposal submission target
  • Prepare costing & meet defined Gross Margins (EBITDA)

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for revenue generation.
  • Responsible to identify new prospects and grow them into new customers in the geographic zone.
  • Individual contributor role
  • Build lead funnel and order book
  • Exceed monthly order book targets (Achieve Top Line)
  • Map Territory, Network, reach out (onfield), Meet senior people in client organization i.e., Function heads (Sales & Service), HR head, L&D head
  • Account mapping and identifying decisionmakers.
  • Conduct presentations to senior management at client site
  • Conduct multiple Negotiations with the spocs at client and ensure proper contracting
  • Working close with the delivery team for a seamless execution
  • Network in the account and seek referrals
  • Responsible for all collections, and account reconciliation in close support of our finance team
