Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a strong portfolio of corporate clients across various sectors (Logistics, IT, Media, MNCs, etc.).
- Proactively identify and acquire new corporate clients with a focus on liability products, including Trade Finance, Foreign Exchange (Forex), and Cash Management Services (CMS).
- Develop deep relationships with existing and new clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique financial needs.
- Possess a thorough understanding of Trade Finance, Forex, and CMS products to effectively address client inquiries and offer tailored solutions.
- Manage capital account transactions such as FDI, ODI, ECB, dividend payments, and tax payments for foreign companies.
- Collaborate closely with the Treasury and Trade Product Specialist teams to identify and cross-sell additional banking products, enhancing client stickiness.
- Build and nurture relationships with key external stakeholders (consultants, CA's, law firms, VC's, bankers) to generate new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed assigned business targets for client acquisition and product penetration.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and proposals to showcase the value proposition of our banking solutions.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure adherence to all regulatory compliance requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Corporate Banking or a related field.
- Proven track record of acquiring new clients and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Corporate Banking products and services, with a focus on liability products (Trade Finance, Forex, CMS).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
