In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers where we provide technical expertise to various clients worldwide. Our delivery centers offer locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and technology adoption.

• Collaborate with clients and development team to design and implement creative solutions for Salesforce CRM Applications.
• Utilize your consulting skills and business acumen to lead functional discussions, understand client's business challenges, and shape solution architecture.
• Establish and promote design and architecture guidelines, best practices, and standards internally.

• Salesforce Developer - Apex / Lighting Web Components (LWC) (required)
• Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) knowledge and experience: Audiences targeting in Experience Cloud (required). Experience Cloud knowledge and experience
• Salesforce Lightning/LWC *Apex *Integration
• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

• Experience in Salesforce Marketing cloud
• Vlocity experience
• Experience in commerce cloud
