Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Take ownership of the allotted territory and actively engage in business development activities. Identify and target prospective clients within the territory, building strong relationships and promoting our IT equipment lease and finance services.
- Territory Management: Effectively manage the territory, monitoring market trends, competitor rates, and market strategies. Stay wellinformed on industry developments, emerging opportunities, and potential challenges.
- Sales Growth: Lead efforts to increase business volumes on a monthonmonth basis. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, utilizing market knowledge and a proactive approach to generate leads and close deals.
- Negotiation and Closure: Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and the ability to tailor sales propositions to meet client needs. Plan and execute activities to secure successful closures, adhering to internal reporting and CRM processes.
- Market Analysis: Prepare management information system (MIS) reports and conduct business analytics to evaluate territory performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies for improvement. Utilize datadriven insights to make informed business decisions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in IT Equipment industry.
- Excellent knowledge of the local market and competition, with the ability to assess market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of successful closures.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the assigned territory, demonstrating selfmotivation and a proactive approach.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and preparing MIS reports for analysis.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Resultsoriented mindset, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
