About the role:

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager
  • Brand Partnerships and Alliances to join our team.
  • As the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Managers and Senior Managers and overseeing the sales and marketing activities in all Client communities/societies.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in team management, advertising or marketing, ATL or BTL activities, revenue generation strategies, and exceptional sales skills.
  • You will work as an extended marketing arm of the brands and all the actions strongly exhibit a Customer-First approach.
  • The primary role is to identify potential brands/companies, onboard new clients, and ensure the retention of existing ones.
  • In the process of onboarding and retention, you are also exposed to campaign planning and execution based on the client's brief.
  • This role requires a minimum of 58 years of relevant experience.

Job Description:

  • Team Leadership and Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Managers and Senior Managers to drive sales and marketing activities.
  • Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide coaching and support to drive individual and team success.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork, knowledge sharing, and professional development.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and marketing objectives.

Sales and Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive brand partnerships and alliances in Client communities/societies.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Identify and explore revenue generation opportunities through strategic partnerships and alliances with relevant brands.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, market opportunities, and target audiences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging marketing channels to recommend innovative marketing strategies.

Brand Partnerships and Alliances:

  • Identify potential brand partners and develop relationships to create mutually beneficial alliances.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Product, Sales, and Operations teams, to deliver on partnership commitments and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of brand partnerships, track key metrics, and make datadriven recommendations for optimization.

Sales Performance and Revenue Generation:

  • Drive sales efforts, including lead generation, lead conversion, and revenue generation.
  • Analyze sales data, track performance against targets, and implement corrective measures to achieve sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop effective sales strategies, implement sales processes, and ensure high conversion rates.
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate regular reports on sales and marketing activities, brand partnership performance, and revenue generation.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve sales and marketing effectiveness.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 58 years of experience in team handling, advertising or marketing, ATL or BTL activities, and revenue generation.
  • Proven track record in sales and exceptional sales skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of driving highperformance teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a customercentric approach.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for sales and marketing management.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
